I am ~130lbs 5'9" and I run around 40 mpw mainly road with maybe one 10-12 mi trail long run every week. I hope to get at least 300 miles with these shoes and was wondering what you guys recommend. The Hoka seems strong with being lightweight but the Novablast's foam looks really good for longer runs.
Anecdotally speaking, building up the leg strength for standing all day comes with time and practice. Personally I hate wearing Hokas around as a daily shoe because they feel awkward for anything not running, and the squishiness of the foam is really unstable and makes my foot hurt trying to do micro adjustments.Nike: ZoomX Invincible.
