I'm having issues with the Commander Pro's RGB channels. One has the fan hub plugged into it, which hosts four LL fans. The other RGB channel has a string of three Corsair RGB light strips connected. But they aren't being detected by iCUE. I upgraded the Commander Pro to the latest firmware and am running the latest version of iCUE software.
In this video I answer a question that has been asked time and time again and that is How do I setup my Corsair RGB fans and LED strips. Hopefully this setup
Solution. #2. The Corsair HD 120 RGB LED High Performance PWM fans come with two connection cables. One ends in a 4-pin female standard fan connector for fan motor power and control, and those are the ones you have plugged into your Commander Pro Hub fan ports, I presume.
A couple of years ago Corsairs service was awesome. Now it kind of sucks. I had my commander pro die recently and got an "advanced RMA" where I paid for another unit and when it arrived I send the broken one back for a refund, you can try that option if they want it all back.
Step 5: Corsair Commander Pro. In case you are using the Corsair Commander Pro and it was working fine till the last time you checked in, but now it is no longer working and all the connectors are in a perfect way then the last option for you will be to reset the device and see if that’s working for you. If not, then you need to take the
Zotty. I have 9 LL120 fans (three 3x packs), 3 of those being attached to the radiator for my H150i Pro. I also have 2 RGB Fan LED Hubs and a Commander Pro. The 6 fans that aren't attached to the AIO are all plugged into the same RGB Hub, and the 3 AIO fans are plugged into the other RGB Hub, with both Hubs being plugged into the Commander Pro.

Found same thing that default fan profiles too aggressive for my liking. Setup custom curves that make pc much happier and quiet. Have fan spin as low as 850 up to 2000rpm at 70c.
jon96789. If you are using a Corsair AIO water cooler along with the Commander Pro and the AIO is not appearing in iCue, I might have a fix for you. The problem is most motherboards have only two USB connectors. The Commander Pro requires one connector and the front USB ports requires a USB connector. This means that there is no connector
Problem: A fan port on Corsair Commander Pro suddenly stopped working while it has been fine for 20 days. I finished my build around 20+ days ago, my rig has 10 fans including the 3 fans on my 360mm radiator for the cpu cooler. I am using a Lian Li galahad 360 with its included 3 way splitter to control the three fans through the commander pro.
