Yeah, as someone else mentioned below - I found it as well. Just found the stash key and chest with my mate. The key is near the cathedral, and the chest is in the ruins (the two dots above the cathedral on the map). "Near" is a really pinpoint location thanks for clearing that up for all of us you really helped.
