Solution, replace switches £20 each from Citroen dealer. Pop the top of the central console around the gear lever and get your hand under the switch and squeeze the catches either end of the switch, pull switch out and unplug it. 23. It's quite simple really, you simply lock the car door with the key, don't use the remote. Locking with the key in the drivers door doesn't set the alarm, locking with the remote, does. This applies to all current C4 variants, including the GP and Picasso. It's slightly different on early hatch/coupes. Note:

My C3 SX 1.4i 2002 has the same problem, central lock doesn't control any door or tailgate. I drove it to a local vehicle electric service company and got confirmed the BSI is faulty. Replacing it will cost me about 580 pounds which is nearly the price I bought the C3.
Hi All I have been searching to see what could be causing an issue with my central locking. So far not been able to see anything that relates. Issue I have on a Picasso C3 2010, the passenger side door intermittently fails to lock. Central locking engages wing mirrors fold in and doors lock, however I can on occasions just open the passenger door.
