Holy shit guys, if you're on PS4 I can drastically improve or even solve your issue. Launch the game, go into Settings, then Extras and turn off Share User Data . That's it. It's that flipping aggravatingly stupendously easy. I found this fix on the link below.
Runs absolutely awful on PC. Dips to 39fps, stutter, low GPU usage, etc. Literally unplayable at the moment for me on a relatively high end PC. (6800xt, 3900x, 32GB RAM) Without FSR on, the game looks like it is running at 360p. Must be some weird graphical bug. So many issues currently. The game was stuttering and hard to play at 1080p. It would run at at ~45 fps, regardless of whether I had it on medium, high, or epic settings (literally almost no difference). Probably malware or virus. asking for a fix from "they" wont help because this isnt a common issue. That's pretty unfounded and most likely a useless suggestion. Malware or viruses steal data or mess up your computer. They don't make audio stutter in a video game. I suggest you do some reading. #17.
