Hullo everyone! My email account was recently hacked and google activated a security measure that locks it up from ever accessing it. But thankfully it didn't include the mobile gmail app which led me to recover and screenshot my purchases and the necessary info that can make the whole issue more solvable.

ANet can and will help anyone with compromised accounts. cough We will even try to assist if it looks like an account was shared or resold.. In general I can say this: Sadly, we are still unable to verify ownership of this Guild Wars 2 account, and will be unable to assist you and recovering the account.
Basically they will ask you for whatever information you can provide: A character on the account, the world your characters were on, the four numbers that come after your username, or even the credit card you purchased the game with. They will also ask you for your address (the one you would have listed when you created your account).

Before the novelties tab was available, I did the Retrospective Runaround achievement and got the Endless Skritt burglar tonic. I deleted the character with it before the adding the novelties tab was available, so the tonic was gone. Redoing the jumping puzzle doesnt give me the tonic again, sinc

Contact support via anonymous ticket and have info ready that proves you are the account owner (e.g. The serial code / CD key, bills, credit cards that you used, old address info, character names, ).
