Mine had started to pick up some crud when I had it off - I replaced it, it's only £15 (and comes with new bolts which are moulded in). I can't tell if the car in the pic is 90 or 110, but it does have a DPF - you can see the sensing pipe screwed into the exhaust outlet

I figure the turbo shouldn't mind some oil though. It probably pools in the bottom of the intercooler now, but is only about 2 bars oil in 10k miles - previously was about double that. If it gets concerning i'll make some sort of catchcan arrangement and stick pics up. If you find owt that is odd or unexpected stick a pic on here.

I used to change the oil and filter every 12,500 miles on my previous 2010 1.6 HDi (drove it for 334,000 miles), and I now have an identical looking van, which Citroen say only needs an oil change every 16,000 miles. However, I'm changing the oil every 14,000 miles, because I do a lot of high speed motorway driving.
Hi all, I suspect that my turbo is slightly blowing oil into the compressor side of the turbo, towards the intercooler (1.6HDi; 90bph; 2007; M59; no dpf/fap; ~93,000k miles; DV6ATED4; 9HXC engine). There has always been a little bit of oil in the air intake (pre-turbo) and comparing to photos of other people, it seemed normal.
